Thinking about my experiences working for JJ's it is hard to even know where to begin. I started at JJ's thinking I knew everything about serving, having worked for many restaurants for many years. However I quickly learned there is no where like JJ's. The warmth and camaraderie among the staff is like no where I have ever worked, and the business is constant, crazy, and SO MUCH FUN. Throughout the years JJ's has been accommodating of my school schedule, let me come back for summers and holidays during my Graduate program out of state, and been non-stop supportive of me while I try to live my best life. There is as much money available as you feel like working for, and at JJ's it's all about the attitude! Show up to your shift ready to work, with a smile on your face, and the sky is the limit. I have had regulars fix broken car windows, help me with vet bills, and even change out a headlight. Which just goes to show that at JJ's, we really are a family. Watching JJ's grow from one little store in a strip-mall, with the best chicken fingers in town, to 8 locations, a brewery, and at this point countless awards, has been a real roller-coaster and such a privilege
